D. Carnegie & Co AB (publ) acquires properties in the Stockholm region for SEK 2.47 billion

D. Carnegie & Co AB (publ) has on 15 December 2017 entered into an agreement to acquire a property portfolio from Akelius for SEK 2.47 billion before deduction for deferred tax amounting to SEK 0.21 billion. The portfolio consists of 27 properties with 1 420 residential apartments. The properties are located in Nynänshamn, Södertälje, Järna and Ösmo.

D. Carnegie & CO AB (publ) was advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction, which, according to statistics from Fastighetsvärlden was the largest transaction at the Swedish real estate market so far this year.
