Alecta Fastigheter acquires two properties in Sundbyberg
Alecta Fastigheter continues its growth journey by acquiring the properties Eken 6 “The Chocolate Factory” and Eken 14 “The Chocolate Office” in Sundbyberg for a purchase price based on an underlying property value of approximately SEK 2.1 billion from Atrium Ljungberg AB.
The properties were originally built to serve as the chocolate manufacturer Marabou’s factory and headquarters. The acquisition includes high-quality office space and the possibility of developing building rights. Alecta Fastigheter already owns the nearby property Plåten 3 “The Signal Factory”, and the acquisition further strengthens its position in Sundbyberg.
