Ymer Technology divests its Wind Division
Ymer Technology has agreed to sell its Wind Division to HydraSpecma, owned by the Danish industrial conglomerate Schouw & Co., through a carve-out to a separate entity, which is to be acquired by HydraSpecma upon closing of the transaction. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
Ymer Technology is a Swedish industrial group, of which the Wind Division, located in Silkeborg, Denmark, makes up about 80 per cent of the group’s total operations. The division is expected to generate a revenue of SEK 800 million in 2022, to be surpassed in 2023. The transaction is based on an enterprise value of SEK 835 million.
