The Winefinder companies win court case against Systembolaget in the Swedish Supreme Court

The case concerns the right for a seller established in an EU/EEA member state other than Sweden to market alcoholic beverages to consumers in Sweden. After purchase, the seller arranges for transport of the beverages through independent transporter to the customer in Sweden. In the judgment, the Swedish Supreme Court confirms that this is legal in accordance with the Swedish Alcohol Act.
