Valedo has sold part of their shares in Norva24

Mannheimer Swartling has advised Valedo Partners Fund II AB (“Valedo”) in connection with divestment of shares in Norva24 Group AB (publ) (“Norva24”).

Valedo, Vidar Meum (chairman of Norva24) and Arild Bødal (board member of Norva24) have sold in total 8 million shares in Norva24 to a large international investor. The transaction represents approximately 4.4 percent of the outstanding shares and votes in Norva24 and was priced at SEK 36.05, resulting in a purchase price of SEK 288 million. The price corresponds to a premium of 14.8 percent to the closing price on Nasdaq Stockholm on 6 March 2023. Following the transaction, Valedo’s ownership amounts to approximately 53 million shares, corresponding to 28.9 percent of the shares and votes in Norva24.
