Mannheimer Swartling advises Aker in connection with Sveafastigheter’s merger with Klarabo
Sveafastigheter AB (publ) has announced that it is to merge, through a statutory merger, with Klarabo Sverige AB, which subject to the merger is to acquire a property portfolio from SBB.
Aker is an industrial investment company headquartered in Fornebu, Norway. Aker’s shares are listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange. Aker is the second largest shareholder in Sveafastigheter and the largest shareholder in SBB in terms of share capital.
