SYNLAB purchases Medilab

The SYNLAB Group has agreed to acquire Aleris Medilab AB from Aleris. Aleris Medilab is one of Sweden’s largest medical laboratory service providers within clinical chemistry, immunology, microbiology and pathology/cytology. SYNLAB is the leading provider of medical diagnostic services in Europe.

SYNLAB was advised by Mannheimer Swartling in this transaction.
