Swedavia issues capital securities in the amount of SEK 2 billion and completes a tender offer of existing capital securities

Swedavia AB (publ) (“Swedavia”) has successfully issued capital securities in a total amount of SEK 2 billion.

Swedavia intends to apply for admission to trading of the capital securities on the corporate bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm. In connection with the issuance of the capital securities, Swedavia also completed a tender offer to holders of Swedavia’s existing capital securities which resulted in capital securities in an aggregate amount of approximately SEK 890 million being tendered by Swedavia.

Swedavia owns, operates and develops 10 airports across Sweden and is a world leader in developing airports with the least possible environmental impact. The Group had revenue of approximately SEK 4,8 billion in 2022 and has approximately 2,400 employees. Swedavia is owned by the Swedish state.
