Stillfront has carried out a rights issue

Mannheimer Swartling has advised Stillfront Group AB (publ) on its rights issue of approximately SEK 2 billion.

On 19 January 2022, Stillfront Group AB (publ) (“Stillfront”) announced that the board of directors had resolved on a preferential rights issue of approximately SEK 2 billion. The board of director’s resolution on the rights issue was approved by an extraordinary general meeting on 23 February 2022, and the subscription period of the rights issue ended on 16 March 2022.

Stillfront is an independent developer, publisher and distributor of online games distributed globally. Stillfront has about 1,200 employees around the world and 22 gaming studios located in Europe, North America, Asia as well as the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. Stillfront’s shares are listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.
