Stena Adactum and AMF divest 20% of the shares in Stena Renewable

Stena Adactum AB (”Stena Adactum”) and AMF Pensionsförsäkring AB (”AMF”) have entered into an agreement for the purpose of divesting 20% of the shares in Stena Renewable AB (“Stena Renewable”) to Alecta pensionsförsäkring, ömsesidigt (”Alecta”).

Following completion of the transaction, Stena Adactum, AMF, Alecta and Kommunal Landspensjonskasse gjensidige forsikringsselskap (”KLP”), as shareholders in Stena Renewable, will jointly continue Stena Renewable’s development as a major green energy company with focus on sustainability.

Stena Renewable is one of Sweden’s largest onshore wind power companies and has over the past 15 years established a strong position with wind power projects in southern Sweden. The company currently has one of the largest operational wind project portfolios in Sweden, including a total of 315 MW and has in additional almost 600 MW of projects that are ready for construction or under construction.
