Solix acquires MAAG
Solix Group AB (“Solix”), a Malmö-and Copenhagen-based investment company, has entered into an agreement with FLSmidth to acquire the MAAG gear business.
MAAG gear is a leading manufacturer of high-quality heavy-duty gears and drive systems primarily for the cement and mining industries with an average annual turnover of DKK 400-500 million. The transaction is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2024.
