Securitas’ rights issue of approximately SEK 9,583 million has been completed

Mannheimer Swartling has advised Securitas AB (publ) in connection with its rights issue of approximately SEK 9,583 million, which has now been completed.

On 12 September 2022, the Board of Directors of Securitas AB (publ) (“Securitas”) resolved on a rights issue of approximately SEK 9,583 million with preferential rights for Securitas’ shareholders, in order to finance the acquisition of STANLEY Security from Stanley Black & Decker Inc. The subscription period for the rights issue ended on 11 October 2022. The rights issue was fully subscribed and will provide Securitas with proceeds amounting to approximately SEK 9,583 million before deduction of transaction costs.
