SAAB acquires combat boat producer Dockstavarvet and repair shipyard Muskövarvet

Defence and security company SAAB acquires the Swedish combat boat producer Dockstavarvet and the repair shipyard Muskövarvet. Dockstavarvet is a leading producer of aluminium boats for military and non-military applications and Muskövarvet is a full-service shipyard providing service and maintenance mainly for the Amphibious Corps of the Royal Swedish Navy.

SAAB was advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction.
