Rikshem sells residential properties in Östersund
Rikshem has sold 13 residential properties totaling 883 apartments and 62,500 square metres in Östersund. Rikshem is one of Östersund’s largest private property owners and one of Sweden’s largest private residential real property companies.
Rikshem still owns approximately 2,000 apartments in the Östersund area. Five of the properties sold are located in Torvalla, two are located in Odensala and six in central Östersund. The date for closing is scheduled to August/September 2020.
