Polhem Infra invests in Solör Bioenergy

Polhem Infra, which was formed in 2019 by the First, Third and Fourth AP Fund, acquires 21 per cent of the shares in Solör Bioenergi Holding from existing shareholders. Solör Bioenergy is a leading provider of renewable energy based on wood fuel and district heating in Sweden and Norway.

Polhem Infra was represented by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction.
