Polhem Infra acquires additional stake in Solör Bioenergy

Polhem Infra, wholly owned by the pension funds AP1, AP3 and AP4, has increased its ownership in Solör Bioenergy.

Solör Bioenergy is a leading provider of renewable energy based on wood fuel and district heating in Sweden and Norway. After this acquisition, Polhem Infra holds 40% of the shares in Solör Bioenergy and is fully owned by Polhem Infra together with the majority owner Nordic Infrastructure AG.
