OKQ8 is expanding in renewable energy

OKQ8, one of Scandinavia’s largest fuel companies, has agreed to acquire the business of Kraftpojkarna AB, which was established in 2012 and has since become Sweden’s leading supplier of turnkey solutions for solar energy, energy storage and charging infrastructure. Kraftpojkarna has also built and operates, on its own account, a solar park alongside the E18 between Enköping and Västerås. The solar park, with an area equivalent to seven soccer fields, generates electricity for a local energy company.

OKQ8 was advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction.
