Nordic Climate Group acquires businesses in Finland, Norway, Denmark and on Åland

Nordic Climate Group, a leading provider of services for cooling, heating and efficient installations in the Nordic region, has acquired Kylmäkeskus Sami Oy and HC-Systems Oy in Finland, the remaining shares in Multi Kulde Vest AS in Norway, Buus Køleteknik A/S, Nordkøl ApS and Ørbæk Køleteknik ApS in Denmark and HP Kyla & Värme Ab on Åland.

The acquired companies are suppliers of heating and cooling services and operate in their respective jurisdictions.

Nordic Climate Group was advised by Mannheimer Swartling regarding the reinvestment parts and other Swedish aspects of the acquisitions.
