Midroc Automation acquires LKN Industriautomation

Midroc Automation has signed an agreement regarding the acquisition of all shares in LKN Industriautomation from LKN Holding.

LKN Industri-Automation is a leading Swedish supplier of automation production systems and solutions with customers predominantly within the automotive industry, but also increasingly within other industry segments. The company has 16 employees and has a turnover of approx. SEK 200 million.

Midroc Automation is one of Sweden’s leading automation companies and handles automated production solutions in large, complex industries. Midroc Automation is part of the Midroc Electro group.

Midroc Automation was represented by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction.
