Mannheimer Swartling has represented Saab in lease negotiations regarding premises in Solna Strand

Saab has signed a lease agreement with Fabege for premises at the property Solna Nöten 4 in Solna Strand.

The lease agreement covers the entire building. The lease is one of the largest ever in Sweden and covers 66,000 square meters. A major tenant fit-out of the premises will take place and move-in is planned for autumn 2025.

Saab was advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the lease negotiations.
