Integration Diagnostics Sweden acquires sales and distribution channels from TS Dental Sales

Integration Diagnostics Sweden AB, a subsidiary to Nakanishi Inc., who manufactures and sells dental equipment, has acquired several sales and distribution channels from TS Dental Sales AB through an asset transfer. The transaction enables Nakanishi Inc. to sell its products directly on the Swedish market.

Nakanishi Inc. was advised by Mannheimer Swartling in relation to the Swedish aspects of the transaction.
