Hemsö and Sveanor sell the property Princeton 1 in Hagastaden in Stockholm

Hemsö and Sveanor sell the jointly owned property Princeton 1 in Hagastaden in Stockholm to KLP Eiendom.
The building is a Life Sciences property that is under construction and is located close by the New Karolinska hospital. The property comprises 23,000 square meters of leasable area and is expected to be ready for occupancy in 2021. Leases have been entered into with Raysearch Laboratories and Region Stockholm. The underlying property value amounts to approximately SEK 2.6 billion.
