GARO acquires EV Charge Partner Sweden AB

GARO has entered into an agreement for the acquisition of 70 percent of the shares in the company EV Charge Partner Sweden AB. The shares will be acquired from Davids Elteknik AB and closing shall take place on 1 June 2020. In connection with the share acquisition, the property on which the company conducts its operations is also acquired by GARO.

EV Charge Partner performs service and support as well as commissioning of charging infrastructure for mainly large operators of charging infrastructure and utility companies in Sweden and Poland, and the company has established itself as a leading player in the service and support of DC chargers and other charging infrastructure in Sweden. The company conducts its operations under its own brand, EV Charge Partner.

GARO develops, manufactures and supplies innovative products and systems for the electrical installations market under its own brand. With a focus on user-friendliness, sustainability and design, GARO takes responsibility for the entire life cycle of its product areas within Electrical distribution products, Project business, Temporary electric installations and E-mobility. EV Charge Partner’s operations will be part of the E-Mobility division.
