Founders and others have entered into a share purchase agreement with Visma to sell all the shares in Bokio.

Bokio is a Gothenburg based software and fintech company offering automated and AI-driven accounting software to SME’s and self-employed with customers in Sweden and the UK.

The founders were represented by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction.
