EB-SIM and LHI Group acquire Aldermyrberget wind farm

EB – Sustainable Investment Management (EB-SIM) and LHI Group has acquired the Swedish wind farm Aldermyrberget, situated in the municipality of Skellefteå.

The wind farm consists of 17 operational wind turbines with a total power capacity of 71 MW. The expected energy production of the wind farm amounts to approx. 275 GWh and CO2 savings of 1,308 t per year.

EB-SIM is the initiator of the EB Renewable Energies Fund Europe and advises the fund as investment advisor. LHI is involved with the fund structure LHI Green Infrastructure Invest II. Seller of the wind farm is wpd europe GmbH.

EB-SIM and LHI Group was advised by Mannheimer Swartling in respect of Swedish law matters in the transaction.
