Bankomat AB has completed a refinancing

Bankomat AB has completed a refinancing of SEK 1.5 billion with Danske Bank A/S, Danmark, Sverige Filial, Nordea Bank Abp, filial i Sverige, Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ), Svenska Handelsbanken AB (publ) and Swedbank AB (publ) as lenders.

Bankomat AB is leading in cash handling in Sweden with ATMs in over 500 locations throughout the country. Bankomat AB is a payment institution that is under the supervision of the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority and is licensed to provide payment services.

Bankomat AB was advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction.
