Alfa Laval divests heat exchanger business to NIBE Group

Alfa Laval has divested its heat exchanger business, currently part of its Greenhouse division, to the NIBE Group. The business had a turnover of approximately SEK 300 million in 2017 and has approximately 60 employees located in Sweden, France, Russia, Czech Republic, Finland, United Kingdom and Slovakia. The transaction is expected to close during the second quarter of 2017.

Alfa Laval was advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction.
