Acquisition of a stake in one of the largest wind farms in Europe by investors advised by CSEIP

Investors advised by Credit Suisse Energy Infrastructure Partners AG (CSEIP) will acquire up to 85 per cent of the shares in a wind farm portfolio in the northern part of the Markbygden II wind farm cluster in Sweden, located in Norrbotten close to Piteå, which is expected to be operational by the end of 2021, with a combined annual production of 657 GWh.

When completed, Markbygden II will be one of the top 3 onshore wind farms operating in Europe by installed capacity.
