Accent Equity acquires Stål och Hyrmaskiner i Varberg AB

Accent Equity has acquired Stål och Hyrmaskiner i Varberg AB. The company, which is a family business in the second generation, rental machines and other equipment primarily for the construction industry. The company also establishes complete construction sites for its customers. Stål och Hyrmaskiner i Varberg AB has its headquarters and a depot in Varberg, and further depots in Kungsbacka, Falkenberg and Gothenburg.

Accent Equity, founded in 1994, has through its funds invested in about 70 companies, of which 55 of them have new owners. Accent Equity Partners AB has managed funds with total assets under management of approximately SEK 12 billion. Accent Equity’s goal is to develop the portfolio companies into Nordic, European or global players through sustainable improvements in corporate business and strategic positions.
