Martin Andersén is a Partner at Mannheimer Swartling and a member of the firm’s real estate group.
Martin advises Swedish and international clients on a wide range of real estate matters, with a particular focus on complex transactions and strategic partnerships.
Martin’s practice covers real estate related M&A, the structuring of joint venture agreements and strategic collaborations, forward funding deals, and sale and leaseback structures. He has also experience from infrastructure and energy related transactions.
Martin also advises on development projects across all phases, from early-stage planning through to completion and regularly assists clients with construction law and related legal matters. In addition, Martin has extensive experience in commercial tenancy law.
