Victoria Nordenberg is a member of Mannheimer Swartling’s Corporate Commercial practice group and is based in the firm’s Stockholm office. She advises clients on a wide range of domestic and international commercial matters and has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating outsourcing agreements, transformation and integration projects, strategic and innovative collaborations and procurements, as well as drafting and negotiating other complex commercial agreements. Furthermore, Victoria regularly provides transactional advice on large and complex transactions.

Victoria has particular expertise in national security related law and advising on providers of essential services and critical infrastructure. She has acted on several major procurements for the supply of services to providers of essential services and has in-depth knowledge of the regulatory framework for information security, cyber security, protective security and digital communications. Victoria regularly provides ongoing and project-based advice on national security related law.

Previously, Victoria worked in the firm’s environmental law practice group, where she gained experience in advising on licensing, pollution liability and environmental law issues in transactions. She has also been part of the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions practice group and has broad expertise in mergers and acquisitions and corporate law.
