RevolutionRace to acquire Icaniwill (ICIW)

RVRC Holding (RevolutionRace) has agreed to acquire 90.1% of the shares in ICIW. ICIW was founded in 2012 in Sweden, and offers training apparel sold primarily through its D2C webshop, but also through wholesale partners and in a retail store. ICIW’s CEO and other key employees will remain as minority shareholders in ICIW, that will continue to operate as a standalone brand under its own name and leadership.

RevolutionRace is a fast-growing outdoor brand offering offering multifunctional products to people with an active lifestyle and is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm since 2021. The transaction marks Revolution Race’s first M&A deal since its founding in 2013.
