Castellum divests property portfolio in Skåne to Wihlborgs
Castellum has entered into an agreement to divest a property portfolio in Skåne to Wihlborgs at an underlying property value of SEK 13.3 billion.
The transaction comprises properties located in Malmö, Lund, Helsingborg, Ängelholm and Burlöv, with a total lettable area of approximately 635,000 square metres. As part of the transaction, the employees based at these locations will also transfer to Wihlborgs.
Completion of the transaction is subject to approval from the Inspectorate of Strategic Products (ISP), the Swedish Competition Authority and certain tenants. Closing is expected to take place on 1 October 2026.
