Loomis enters into agreement to acquire Hermes Transportes Blindados

Loomis has entered into an agreement to acquire Hermes Transportes Blindados, a cash-in-transit company, through a public takeover bid in Peru. This transaction marks Loomis’ entry into the Peruvian market and strengthens its position in Latin America.

Loomis is listed on the Nasdaq Stockholm Large Cap list. The group operates in over 25 countries, employs around 24,000 people, and reported revenue of over SEK 30 billion in 2025. Loomis offers comprehensive payment processing solutions, including the distribution, handling, storage, and recycling of cash and other valuables. Its customers are primarily financial institutions and retail operators.
