Electrolux announces right issue of SEK 9 billion
AB Electrolux has resolved to carry out a rights issue of approximately SEK 9 billion. Completion of the rights issue is conditional upon approval by an extraordinary general meeting.
Electrolux Group is a leading global appliance company. In 2025, Electrolux Group had sales of SEK 131 billion and employed 39,000 people. Electrolux class A and B shares are listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.
Electrolux is advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction. The firm’s team mainly consists of Patrik Marcelius, Victor Karlsson, Josefine Rex, Nils Nostell, Christoffer Dahl, Isak Nodbrink and Albin Wiklundh.
