Sampo divests shares in NOBA Bank
Sampo has divested approximately 14.7 million shares in NOBA Bank Group AB for a total amount of proceeds of approximately SEK 1.2 billion. The divestment was made by means of an accelerated book-building procedure to institutional investors.
Sampo was advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction. The firm’s team consisted of Victor Karlsson and Johanna Vang.
