Construsoft acquires EDR & Medeso

Construsoft, a leading provider of software solutions for the construction, manufacturing and energy industries, has acquired EDR & Medeso, a company specialising in simulation and BIM technology for advanced engineering services, together with related technology-based consulting services, in Northern Europe, Poland and the UK. EDR & Medeso operates within areas including digital product development, modelling and technical analysis, supporting clients across industrial and manufacturing sectors. Construsoft is owned by Green Park Investment Partners, a Dutch growth investor with expertise in digital engineering.

Through the acquisition, Construsoft strengthens its offering within technical software and engineering services and expands its capabilities in digitalisation and the development of complex products and systems.

Construsoft was advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction, which closed on 16 December 2025. The firm’s team consists of Maria Holme, Erica Sandahl, Jakob Lundblad, Max Longum, Samuel Guillard, My Karlsson and William Nordstrand Larsson.
