Timex Group has acquired a majority stake in the Swedish watch brand Daniel Wellington AB.

Timex Group is one of the largest watch makers in the world and has over 3,000 employees worldwide.

Timex Group was advised by Mannheimer Swartling. The firm’s team mainly consisted of Maria Holme, Robert Sabrie, Oscar Wisenius, Marcus Ringborg, Christopher Stenberg, Fredrik Svensson, Filip Aminoff, Lina Lundberg, Elsa Alkan Olsson, Matilda Hernqvist, Alexandra Groll, Max Karlsson and Sebastian Wedin.
