NPS invests in Areim

The South Korean National Pension Service (NPS), the world’s third largest pension fund in terms of total assets, has entered into a strategic partnership whereby NPS becomes a minority owner in Areim, a leading Nordic fund and property manager.

The transaction was carried out via NPS’s strategic partnership with Townsend Group (Townsend) and the investment strengthens Areim’s position in the Nordic real estate market.
