Communardo Group acquires Stretch Addera

Communardo Group, a leading full-service provider for modern workplace solutions with focus on Atlassian in the DACH region, has on 21 May 2025 entered into an agreement to purchase all shares in Stretch Addera, a leading Atlassian platinum solution partner headquartered in Karlstad, Sweden, from Stretch Group and certain minority shareholders. The acquisition was backed by funds advised by BU Bregal Unternehmerkapital, which supports Communardo Group on its growth path.

Mannheimer Swartling advised Communardo Group in the transaction. The transaction is expected to close in June 2025.
