Nordic Climate Group acquires Eliko El och Kylservice and Hilmersson El och Kyl

Nordic Climate Group, a leading provider of services for cooling, heating and energy efficient installations in the Nordic region, has acquired Eliko El och Kylservice (“Eliko”) and Hilmersson El och Kyl (“Hilmersson”), thus further strengthening its position on the market. Eliko and Hilmersson provide services in heating, cooling, ventilation and electricity, and are based in Ljungskile and Kristianstad, respectively. Nordic Climate Group was advised by Mannheimer Swartling.

In addition, Nordic Climate Group has continued its expansion in other parts of the Nordic region and in Europe through its acquisitions of Kølegruppen, Kølegruppen Øst and Bundgaard Køleteknik. Vejle in Denmark, Porin Kylmäasennus and CoolRef in Finland and 3BG Cooling, Installatiebedrijf Bakker GCP, Cooling Systems Holland, KG Nederland, Technisch Centrum v/d Bijl, IJskoud, Airvek and Verhaar Gebeko in the Netherlands, in respect of which Mannheimer Swartling advised on the reinvestment aspects.
