CapMan Infra acquires data centres from EcoDataCenter

Mannheimer Swartling has advised CapMan Infra on the acquisition of data centres in Stockholm and Piteå from EcoDataCenter. The data centres will form part of CapMan Infra’s growing data centre platform Kolo DC, which aims to meet the growing demand for data centres and sustainable infrastructure in the Nordic region. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals and is expected to be completed in the coming months.
