Electronic Arts acquires real-time sports data solution TRACAB

Mannheimer Swartling acted as legal counsel to Electronic Arts (EA) in their recent acquisition of TRACAB from ChyronHego.

EA expects to leverage TRACAB’s technology as it continues to harness advanced AI, machine learning, and real-time sports data to advance how the company creates lifelike animation and simulates real-world action. The transaction is expected to close in EA’s first fiscal quarter of FY26.
