TSR Recycling divests MIREC Recycling Solutions
TSR Recycling GmbH & Co.KG has divested MIREC Recycling Solutions AB, a Swedish leading player within recycling and reuse of electrical equipment (EE waste), to the Norsk Gjenvinning Group.
TSR Recycling was advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction.
