New case law- Termination for personal reasons due to absence

A harbour worker has been dismissed for personal reasons. On a number of occasions, he left the workplace before the end of working hours without authorisation from his supervisor. Among other things, he has thereby repeatedly breached his obligations under the employment contract. The Labour Court found that the company had objective reasons for the dismissal.
