New case law – Review of the Legality of a Proposed Political Industrial Action with International Background in a situation governed by collective agreements.

Review of the legality of a notified political industrial action with an international background in situations regulated by collective agreements (blockade against war material to or from Israel in Swedish ports). The Labour Court found that the employees‘ union had made it likely that the effects of implementing the notified blockade would be so minor for the employers’ business management rights that it would be permitted and granted the union’s request for an interim decision in that it was provisionally declared that the union was legally prevented by its collective agreement with the employer side from taking the blockade in accordance with the notice issued.
