New case law – Objective Grounds for Termination

A police officer, after a security assessment according to the Security Protection Act, was no longer approved for security-classified work. He was subsequently dismissed from his employment.

The Labor Court found that the factual circumstances underlying the security decision, including associations with criminally involved individuals, along with certain other misconduct, constituted objective grounds for the termination.
