Sari Garbie is a member of the firm’s Funds and Investments practice group.
Sari advises sponsors and management teams on the formation, fundraising and operation of funds across a range of strategies, such as buy-out, venture and real estate. Throughout his practice, Sari has worked with investors and sponsors from most of the common LP jurisdictions.
Sari has extensive fund experience that spans the full life cycle of a fund, including co-investments, continuation fund transactions, secondary transactions, restructuring of funds, and management team investment structures and arrangements. In addition, Sari advises institutional investors in connection with their investments in funds and similar structures.
