Sandra Söderberg is a member of Mannheimer Swartling’s Banking and Finance practice group. Sandra has previously worked in the firm’s Funds and Investments practice group.
Sandra primarily engages in domestic and cross-border financing transactions (including corporate loans, acquisition finance and sustainability finance transactions) with a focus on fund financing, and she also regularly advises on divestments of loan portfolios and other finance-related matters. Sandra’s clients range from private equity clients and their portfolio companies to banks and other lenders.
