Oscar Aspelund is a member of Mannheimer Swartling’s Corporate Commercial practice group, as well as the firm’s industry sector groups for Automotive and Construction, Infrastructure and Industrial Projects. Oscar is based in the firm’s office in Stockholm, Sweden.
Oscar regularly advises clients on a wide range of national and international commercial matters, with particular focus on complex purchase and supply agreements and large industrial and infrastructure projects, e.g. BOT projects. Oscar has extensive experience in drafting and negotiations and contract management of purchase and supply agreements, as well as advising on the implementation of distribution systems for various products and services. Oscar has also great experience in project financing in large industrial and infrastructure projects.
Oscar joined the firm in 2017 and is a member of the Swedish Bar Association. Oscar holds an LL.M. degree from Lund University.
